“I walked into bathroom, NO towels at all!!!!! Breakfast was horrible. why not reduce room rate by $15.00 and I will buy my own breakfast.”

“The Marriott was a welcome respite in the must of an unexpectedly difficult visit. Everyone was extremely helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The food at Heritage restaurant was delicious”

“Clean and comfortable Decor outdated but clean”

“Hotel vecchio, poco curato, finiture vecchie e non manutenute, servizio poco piu che decente, non é neanche stato rifatto il letto”

“beautiful architecture and atmosphere, super clean, instructions were to the point and very helpful. will be coming back!”

“Didn’t like the price of valet at basically $40 per night. I’m used to staying at Residence Inn a block away where parking is free.”

“Big rooms, nice kitchenette, solid & tasty breakfast, friendly staff, rooms are quiet even though the hotel is next to an interstate, comfy beds, big bathroom. We were short a couple of towels, the handles on the pocket doors are weird, and one of the elevators was out of service for a couple of days, and the breakfast area is mostly lounge furniture, but those were are minor oddities. We would stay there again, for sure.”

“The door’s deadbolt was misaligned and the door would NOT lock, no matter what I tried. Room semi clean. Hate the crowded toilet. Coffee was merely “warm” not hot. Breakfast was meh. Loved the pillows. Bed was comfy. No microwave nor mini fridge.”

“Staff upon arrival was great”
